Hello. I sent a Freedom 7 back to the store I bought it from (Adreno in WA) and it was sent off to Ocean Guardian early 2024.. After initial contact, and some time passed, the company then went into receivership. I contacted Adreno after multiple emails were not answered and was then told that the company was in receivership. I hope it is acknowledged that my product was simply lost in this system and i a, desperate for a new one for my son. PLease consider a discount for people such as myself who are wanting a solution to their loss.

Im part of the Santa Cruz Masters swim club. I have two freedom 7’s and need batteries replaced but they will not ship them to Santa Cruz. Does anyone know where I can purchase new batteries and buy the Shark Shield for my surfboard?
